Often, podcasts about the economy put me to sleep. But this Jeb and Josh do such a great way of providing information on a level I can understand and apply to my life. I bought my first home in 2023 in South Lake Tahoe. My dad bought his first and only home in TN in 1998 so I essentially had no one personally to turn to for advice. I gained the confidence to ask the right questions to get my foot in the door. I was no longer threatened by all the unknowns and I thank my lucky stars daily I own instead of rent in this town where I had the worst of worst landlord stories spanning 5 years. I bought and still find the podcast content relatable and entertaining. Highly recommend.

This podcast has been one of the most informative and beneficial resources for me and my husband as we have been in the process of purchasing our first home. It is not easy in a market like this, but they give solid advice, date and even encouragement on how to make it possible. Thank you Jeb and Josh for taking the time to break the basics down for us listeners. You guys are awesome!

Guys great show! Love that you present stats on the current housing market please keep it going! I’d love if you guys could pick a specific metropolitan market and present the stats within that specific market as part of your show. For example, I am in the military and I am looking to buy here in Las Vegas. I’d love it if you could take 10-15 min and just break down the numbers and give your opinion on the local market here (for instance, do you think it’s too hot of a market?) Obviously you can only provide so much advice but I think presenting true data on specific markets would go over well for your audience. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

These guys are very up to date on the housing market trends and provide valuable information for listeners. One word of caution is they somewhat mislead people by overselling the financial benefits of homeownership. A house is a great lifestyle purchase for those that can afford it, but saying over and over that homeowners have 40x the net worth of renters suggests either a flawed understanding of correlation vs causation, or an inability to be truly objective given their career incentives. That is my only complaint, otherwise a great show that is still very much worth listening to.

I am so lucky and grateful to have stumbled on this podcast! I came here from Jeb’s Youtube and I have learned so much from these guys! I used to feel clueless and overwhelmed whenever I thought about what it is like to buy a home. Now, I feel so much more prepared and comfortable with the home purchasing process. These guys know their stuff but more importantly they do not confuse people with real estate jargon - they give info to us like if we were a young child or a golden retriever Good Info , useful info , educated info I got my house following their info and guidance Boom! I’m a home owner with a sick house and 2.7% interest rate I watch their live videos and listen to this podcast for extra info - good to keep up with latest info even when i already have a house - The Crow
