Steve has worked in the high tech industry for over twelve years, and cashed in on this recession to go from being a real estate skeptic to owning three houses within twelve months. He has a MS in electrical engineering from Stanford and a BS in electrical engineering from Cornell.
Lee has worked in various parts of the real estate industry for twelve years – as a realtor; purchasing, renovating, and selling distressed properties; managing residential rentals; and selling title insurance. He has a MBA from San Francisco State and a BA in finance and marketing from the University of Kentucky.
